Meeting the needs of young people presenting as victims of violence and exploitation, or experiencing a mental health crisis, requires an extremely complex model. Our comprehensive service designs combine health, youth work, safeguarding, and risk management. We have extensive experience designing and delivering service models that are proactive and specific to your individual setting needs.

Service Delivery
We offer bespoke training to ensure staff are equipped to manage crisis situations and, ultimately, work towards creating a safer life for young people in crisis. From high risk crisis intervention, effective management of dynamic risk and caseloads, to safety planning and situational literacy, we support service development where you need it most.

Policy, Guidance, Criteria and Threshold Design
We support specialist and innovative practice requirements thorough policy, process and guidance. We consider thresholds for referral criteria, reporting guidelines on various concerns (like age and where the concern was raised), risk and needs assessments, case management tools, and journey mapping.
