We all know that supervision is vital in supporting practitioner well-being and development as well as ensuring effective safeguarding and best outcomes for young people. However, how often do we stop and reflect on the supervision that we facilitate? Is it the best and most effective it can be? Is it based on proven models of learning and supervision? Is it trauma -informed? Is it designed and structured to achieve all the goals that we want it to?

This evidence-informed course encourages supervisors to reflect on their experiences of supervision before exploring how they can overcome barriers both experienced and potential using tried and tested methods which are proven to be effective. At the end of each course you will feel empowered and have a tailored plan to enable you to practice and embed effective supervision designed to support practitioners well-being and development as well as prioritising safeguarding and best outcomes for young people.
