Trauma-Informed Practice

This training is designed to build a deeper understanding of trauma; not just what it is, but how it manifests in lived experience, shaping how young people see the world, themselves, and the people trying to support them. We'll explore how trauma impacts the brain and behaviour and how it intersects with risk outside the home. We’ll reflect on how practitioners can offer consistent, functional support, not through control or correction, but through presence and curiosity.

This training can be adapted to suit various settings, both community and secure. Contact us to discuss your requirements and we will offer you a bespoke training package.
