Risk Outside the Home (ROTH) encompasses a range of threats, from Modern Slavery (inc. criminal and financial exploitation, and human trafficking) to online harm and radicalisation. This training empowers practitioners with a deeper understanding of the risks young people face outside the family environment. We’ll break down the signs and indicators of risk, explore emerging trends, and look at key frameworks (like NRM and PREVENT) to understand how to respond effectively.
