Wraparound Service:

Improving service-wide responses towards extra-familial harm

A package to support long-term sustainability.

Driving up safeguarding best practice alongside systems change support. To be run across your whole organisation, educational setting, service, trust, agency, violence reduction unit or partnership.

We know that for long-term sustainability and change, more than one-off training is required. Substantially more.

This whole-setting package is designed to do one thing: improving responses to extra-familial harms, bettering outcomes for children, young people and families we all serve.

Practice excellence, innovative teams and responsive systems: Across the board.

We will then provide the support required to develop the needed systems change and staffing practice development. This is done through a generous training and consultancy package, with options such as:

  • Support for middle and operational managers

  • Organisational Change Management

  • Critical friend support

  • Case consultation support

  • Trauma-informed and responsive support

  • Contextual and Transitional Safeguarding support

  • Process, policy, guidance support and learning reviews

  • Full access to Core Competencies training support

  • Full access to Practice Excellence training

  • Bespoke training where required

  • Resources for direct work

  • Learning reviews

  • Group Supervision and Learning Workshops

  • Clinical Supervision

Designed with your needs in mind.

This package is entirely bespoke to your organisation, service or agency needs and is available for 3rd sector organisations, Local Authorities, Children’s Services, Trusts and Violence Reduction Units and others. Depending on the needs and the package required, which would be assessed through the initial consultation, this offer could range anywhere from three months long to twelve and above.

Our Director, Sean Monaghan, will be your guide through the process, along with any specialist consultants required for specific needs.

What are the benefits?

All services are experiencing challenging times. From stretched resources, budget cuts, limited strategic headspace and even less time spare. All this on the backdrop of trying to pivot to new ways of working whilst the communities we serve experience ever-increased risks of extra-familial harm. SaferNow’s Wraparound Package will take the strain off of services by providing access to the necessary practice development and systems changes required, without that service having to relocate resources and workloads onto already stretched roles and staff.

Offering our Wraparound Packages in a bespoke manner enables clients of all sizes to gain access and benefit from our support. All Wraparound Packages are bespoke to both the needs and the budget of the client and include external evaluation to monitor, and evidence, impact.
